For youths in the era of globalization, sleep is not important to them. Many young people are often out of the house or staying up late at night. They do this because of things like work, making the task of lectures, insomnia or even just hanging out with friends. They do not know how dangerous people who sleep less or even no sleep at all. Health will slowly disappear over time and turns into a disease when we lack sleep or no sleep at all. So many diseases that arise from lack of sleep.
Discussion
Humans need to rest for eight hours a day for a healthy heart. Lack of sleep may not be too influential on routine appearance throughout the day but can trigger physical problems such as:
* Obesity: Sleep plays a role in the body's ability to issue a neurohormone because when the amount of the hormone decreases, the chance of gaining weight increased.
* Blood pressure: The blood pressure will naturally fall during sleep. However, due to lack of sleep can lead to hypertension and cardiovascular problems.
* Diabetes: The body's ability to use insulin may be interrupted due to lack of sleep to trigger diabetes.
These diseases are very dangerous because it can cause death. People affected by high blood pressure will potentially have a stroke in the future. So also those who are obese and diabetes will likely arise because of new diseases such diseases. The longer the disease in the body we will be more and more because of the disease caused by lack of sleep. Lack of sleep will cause the turnover of cells, including red blood cells, disrupted, resulting in decreased cell numbers.
For those who suffer from insomnia, to arrange time off to be met, then it should avoid drinking alcoholic beverages, caffeinated, especially accompanied by smoking. Caffeine can boost heart rate, making sprightly, forcing the eye to awake. While nicotine is neurostimulan a "hold up" the brain to not break. To be easy to sleep, coffee addicts should spend his last cup before 3 o'clock in the evening. For smokers, cigarettes last try a maximum of three hours before bedtime.
Conclusion
Lack of sleep will cause a dangerous disease that can end in death. Therefore, do not underestimate the need for less sleep, and let us set the portion of work and other activities to avoid the disease is dangerous sleep deprivation.
